1970's Diamond Sapphire Ruby Emerald 18KYG Tutti Frutti Cocktail Ring

Fabulous Tutti Frutti diamond and colorful precious gemstone ring handcrafted in 18 karat yellow gold. The ring features 18 diamonds weighing approximately 4.00 carat total weight, an 1.50 carat emerald cut emerald and approximately 6.00 CTW ruby, pink sapphire, blue sapphire, and emeralds. The diamonds are graded G-I color and VS2-SI1 clarity. The ring measures 30 x 30mm on top, 15mm in height off the finger, and is currently size 5.5 with sizing beads (can be sized). Numbered and stamped 18K.
